2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features; process transactions and send related information, including booking confirmations and payment receipts; send you notifications about your account, bookings, and messages from other users; respond to your requests, comments, and questions; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve the user experience; and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other unauthorized or illegal activities.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Linden, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements. Transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required for financial reporting and compliance.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Linden account.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
